My job is to sell businesses!

I look for businesses to sell at the same time business buyers to match.

I am a certified public accountant with more real estate licenses in the Philippines.

Now, I am into marketing, promotion, and sales of businesses and to perform my job well, I need to build a community of well-connected people who know a business owner who is considering selling. As a business broker, I can help with the best dollar value for the business owner so that time is not wasted. At same time, I also need a community of people who may relate to an individual or corporation who is also looking to buy an existing business. 

I am quite new to this profession, and I believe I can do it.  I have been successful at it – at least twice.

The Philippines needs business brokers too!

· Simply opportunistically cashing in

· Lifestyle change

· Internal disputes

· Turning chain stores into franchise stores 

· And many others. And to critically add… · COVID-19!

After the 2-year pandemic, young people lost their jobs with businesses closing.  It’s businesses that are unable to cope with various situations.  Some have survived and are still continuously looking for opportunities for expansion.

The Philippines needs businesses to continue no matter what.

No business should close, no employee should discriminately lose their job, no family should lose to afford the reasonable square meals in a day, and no Filipino citizen should be deprived of basic services like general welfare, safety, health, education, opportunities etc. It’s one of the reasons for a government to exist.  And to support the government.  Reasonable taxes are logically needed from businesses.

It’s my little way of helping the Philippines by being a business broker.

By the way, I am also a licensed real estate broker, consultant and appraiser.  As a real estate professional, the law has designed us to be the balancer of opportunities for whoever may have a need of our services.
